This package includes the LPA Strength Torque Wheel® and Pressure Handle Attachment. The Pressure Handle stem inserts into the center piece of the Torque Wheel® and allows a Coach or Athlete to apply various pressures to the Athlete holding the Torque Wheel.® These pressures force the athlete to use his core to resist movement, very much like a game time scenario locking up with a defender that is trying to impose his will in multiple directions. Run Blocking and Pass Pro drills are capable of being performed with the Torque Wheel® in combination with the Pressure Handle.
