 Welcome to Lineman Performance Association!  A community dedicated to the knowledge and continued advancement of Offensive and Defensive Line athletes and coaches.  Future collaborative articles unraveling the greatness of the sport and progress of human performance both mentally and physically will be posted within this page - coming from some of the greatest minds in football, training, and athletic performance.   

Much like the OL/DL position, this is a group effort.  Instead of one voice, there will be many.  We aim to foster a community of discussing and questioning, but most important of all -- learning.  There is much to be said and much to be heeded.  Within the articles written, there will be varying and diverse views, opinions, ideas and thoughts.  But this is what makes it all so great.  So craft your own opinions, gather and piece together the data that most applicability works for you, your athletes, and/or your program.  There is no one size fits all.  Thank you for being a part of Lineman Performance Association and the greatest sport in history.
